All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Loeffler Cloth Shop purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our policy below.
Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (due to the personal nature of these items)
- Beauty products (for health and safety considerations)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for prompt processing.
- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: The refund will include the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange for in your return request
- We will process your exchange once the original item is received
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Due to our global shipping constraints, some exchanges may not be available in all locations.
